Dear Stadia Team,
I was notified in email about some refunds, but I did not receive them, because you sent the money to my expired credit card. These transactions must have been rejected since I didn't receive any money.
I have updated my card number since, so please issue a refund to another one of my cards, or let me know if you need my bank information.
Best regards,
Istvan Kutsera
Hey @Qtsi and @EncryptedAfro,
You can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully even though your payment method is inactive/expired now (refund can still take up 3-5 days, sometimes even longer), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method.
Hope this helps!
I'm having the exact same issue. The card isn't even in my Google Play at all. I've been looking for some breadcrumbs as to where I can fix this. I have received more than 5 refunds to an old account.

It sent the refunds to my old card but the card had been hacked into before so I got a new card and now my bank won't let me receive the refunds.
