Refund policy

I got the free trial of stadia back in April to try destiny with a few friends on PC. We then all cancelled are trial halfway through but I found out that mine was never cancelled when I clearly remember myself doing so. I haven't touched stadia since that time and have been billed 5 times since then. Do I have any chance of reclaiming my payments? If so what are my next steps.

Hey @SirStingy

first of all I would recommend to now cancel the subscription so that - at least - you don't get billed any further.

Then I would recommend to contact the Stadia support team. They can tell you if it's still possible to get a refund.
