Google support asked me to post this request here, which is a very weird process, but fine.
Im missing payment for several stadia purchases.
Got 5 mails for stadia purchase refunds, but to no longer active payment details.
After updating the payment details, only one of the 5 purchases have been refunded to my new card. What can I do to get the others processed as well?

That's seems normal. It's possible that each transaction may take a different amount of time until it is processed to your new payment method. I am in the same situation, some purchases I got a refund for after providing the alternate payment method, but some I'm still waiting on.
I believe we just need to have a bit patience here and double check if you didn't got it after like 2 weeks (like keep an eye on pay.google.com for any further notification or check your emails).
