Refund mess

So my Stadia App says all purchases have been refunded... Yet I received no payment or email. Seems something has gone wrong somewhere. 

 

I have over the past two years used multiple payment methods, credit and debit cards. I calculated around £800 needs to be paid. According to the recent post by Google if they send to a bank card that has expired I'd have to contact the bank... That makes no sense as if the card has expired no transaction can take place. 

 

Right now feel like this refund thing is going to take everyone a great deal of time and effort to obtain...

The refunds are going to be a problem, and you might have to do some checking and chasing to make sure you get everything. One thing someone posted that was MOST useful to me was the pay.google.com link. This is the BEST link for seeing all of the activity, all of the items they marked as refunded, and most importantly if you click on the transaction the information opens up on the sidebar so you can see WHERE they refunded it to. I have some that right now just say "Refund Declined" so I am hoping Google will contact me about those.

Stadia purchases that start with CDC- aren't showing up in Google pay or the Stadia purchase history.

These purchases are for add-ons that were purchased in-game. (The in-game "shop" and not the Stadia store.) These transactions are not eligible for a refund as they were not made through the Stadia store. (I was recommended to ask the game devs to initiate a return. I wonder if Bungie is going to refund the "Lightfall expansion preorder"? Otherwise, I'm out $100 once Stadia shutters and I'd still need to purchase the expansion again on another platform.)

I’m also waiting to be contacted. “Red dead redemption 2” refund has been declined because I’ve changed my PayPal account during these three years. Now I’ve registered on PayPal the old email address and I hope they repeat the refund process.

I’ve also opened a support ticket but I’ve received only a standard automatic answer
