I was sent two emails indicating that two different games I purchased for Stadia were refunded. However, they indicate a refund to an old credit card that has been cancelled. How do we fix this?

You can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully (which can still take up 3-5 days), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method.
