So I got my refund but I no longer have Access to the bank my refund was issued at and my card is no longer active. I'm unable to contact support and there's no help anywhere. For whatever reason it was not declined and I'm unsure what to do. I have about $100 now on a card I no longer have and a bank that's likely 100s of miles away. What an I supposed to do now? Please help.

You have to check with your bank in this case, maybe they offer online-support that you can get in touch with. If the refund went through successfully (which can still take up 3-5 days), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method.
