Refund for Stadia Pro

I have used the free trial to try stadia (and I also bought AC Valhalla). Well my internet is too bad for stadia.

Now I just saw that I paid 9,99€ to google for stadia. I immiadetely canceled the subscription. But it seems now Im attached to a FULL YEAR subscription (12x9,99€).

Im beyond enraged. I cant contact any support because the only things you can contact google are on f******* facebook and twitter. Seriously? Also some kind of "bot" gets posted here repeadetely, which also doesnt work.

Can someone for the love of god give me an EMAIL. Yes EMAIL to contact them? I want my money back, I also cancelled the subscription and Im pretty sure im within my EU rights to cancel this subscription at this point

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

There is no possibility to pay for Pro in advance, you only pay for the upcoming month. So when you cancel it stops immediately.

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.

Oh I forgot that we already got 2022. I thought it will be active until the 11.01.2023.

But yes, I got almost no playtime (below 5 minutes). I just cant seem to find an option to refund, and your links don't help either. Seems like Im bound to the one month subscription

Hi @StrikerFromGer,

With @RXShorty's second link after putting in "stadia pro refund" under "what can we help you with?" Select "other" before selecting next step.

Then you should be able to see a chat option. It might be a "hidden" option under "more ways to contact"

I have this issue too but I didn’t buy any games, I tried a trial of stadia pro, but I’ve barley used stadia pro, just now I got an email, saying that I was charged $10.85 for stadia pro. I’m trying to figure out out to refund stadia pro since I don’t use stadia

Best thing to do is contact stadia support and see what they can do. Also you should cancel your subscription on https://stadia.google.com/settings under "purchases and subscriptions"
