Hi,
i want to request a refund for my Stadia Premiere Edition-Bundle however when trying to do this via the app or website as suggested, i immediately get the message that i can`t continue with my business account and that i should switch to another account. However the bundle was bought with this business account, so i can`t proceed and request a refund. Please advise a way forward.

@andim82 Please remove the transaction ID from this post. It's considered personal info and you definitely don't want anyone to know about it.
Other than that, you need to contact support to see if they can do anything about it.
