Hi, so 5 days ago I got emails for all my stadia purchases cancelled and refunded. Some say refund declined. Got no emails for it being declined. But also on my stadia store not google pay they all say refunded. But got no other email accept the cancellation emails. Any info?
Also wondering how many days it takes from whatever point to get your money?

Usually it takes 3-10 days if the money goes to a bank account, but the timeframe always depends on the payment method (if you used Direct Carrier billing for example a refund can take up to 30 days until it arrives).
It sounds a bit weird that some of your refunds got declined, but it's probably best to have a list ready (like a spreadsheet), list all the ones you expect a refund, double check on your bank statement for which ones you got it already and then check with the bank if they have gotten the missing ones.
And if you're still missing refunds, it can also be that it takes Google a bit longer to proceed with them, but they stated all should be processed by Jan 18, 2023. If you're still concerned though about refunds showing as declined and you didn't got any emails about it, you can also double check with the Stadia team if they can see any decline reason. Just be aware they are super busy atm, so it's quite hard to get hold of them atm.
