I know many have already written about this issue, but in my case I received an email about a game refund on a closed bank account! The weird thing is that Stadia mail says the refund went through, so I don't know if that money was lost. For Stadia, the refund would be completed. Is there any way to get them back in your opinion?

You can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully (which can still take up 3-5 days), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method.
