The gift card I used to be blocked since it doesn't allow a recharge or refund back on purchases, I also didn't receive my refund alongside the fact that there was no follow up email.

Still got nothing, I even contacted the cardholder on the back of the card that I used TWICE. This is something on your guy's end that you need to fix- I've already done the most I can do in this situation which is call the bank/cardholder.
Got an email that refund was processed, but when I check my credit card statement, the refund is not there.

I've been talking to both my previous bank and Google support for over a week and this is absolutely on Google end they need to fix. The bank can't do anything here, at least how Google decided to poorly implement the refunds with out any proper checks in place to prevent these things from happening.
These charges won't be reversed as it's been accepted automatically and have to be dealt with on a case by case basis. This is a major hassle and I'm tired of having to fight for my money here.
My money is just stick in limbo without intervention on goggles hand.
For three months now I have been passed through every department at Google and still don't have an answer or a refund. Google Stadia says it's Google Store issue then Google store sends me back to Stadia saying it's their problem. I want my money or I reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
