In an attempt to redeem an offer for 3 months of Pro, that I received as a benefit of being a YT Premium subscriber, I was actually charged for the first month of a month to month subscription.
Can anyone help me get a refund for this (actually redeeming the 3 months of Pro is optional)? This transaction took place less than 20 mins ago. Tried to contact support, but the only options there are Facebook or Twitter, neither of which I have accounts on.
@nblackst its currently Sunday so support might only have limited option. Try reaching out to them again tomorrow and get the chat or phone option.

Thanks... will do.
I would like to know, have you had Stadia Pro on that account before? Since it is usually only for new users and not valid if you had Stadia Pro before, even if it was a trial period. Although when you use the YouTube promo, it is clear when they give you 3 months or 1, and in no case do they charge you for the first full month, if that is just a small usual charge for checking the card.
I think there is no way to use Stadia Pro without skipping the free trial period.
In https://stadia.google.com/settings/payments you can see your purchase history also where free trial periods are included, whether through promotions, codes or purchases.
Reviewing this could be of great help.
