Purchased game does not support my language

Hi,

2 months ago I bought a game (Red Dead Redemption 2). Two days ago I run that game and noticed, that there is no polish language support (there are no Polish subtitles that are available in other distributions). After that I quit the game and wrote to support asking for refund - they rejected. I spent 8 min total in the game. Stadia did not provide any reason why the refund request was rejected. Any suggestion what to do in that situation?

I'm sad reading that the refund is not possible since the purchase date is what matters for the refund request, but regarding the missing translation is the producer that decides which version to upload in the platform, you can try to check with rockstar support and ask if there is any deadline for the translation for Red Dead Redemption 2 on Stadia https://support.rockstargames.com/

Another suggestion (in order to avoid future issues with your purchases) is to check the store listing, after the game description you will found other informations like the languages supported and so on!

If the refund was rejected by mistake you need to contact the support, you find the contact options on the bottom of this page https://support.google.com/stadia/?hl=#topic=9634925 

Since you played only 8 minutes and the purchase was 2 days ago you should qualify for the refund! (it is 2 hours of gameplay and less than 15 days from purchase)

The problem is that the purchase was in December, but first play was the 2 days ago. I am disappointed because Rockstar release this game with polish subtitles. Stadia sold me incomplete game and there is no way to pay back
