Purchase on Crown Store - ESO

I attempted to make a purchase on the Crown Store, which required me to go out to the Stadia store and purchase Crowns - $14.99 for 1500 Crowns, but when it brought me back, there were no Crowns. I have the purchase receipt and it is in my Stadia Purchases on my account page. I logged out and back in again, but still nothing. There's no support anywhere in sight, or a number to call, so I came here. Anyone know if there's something I missed, or maybe a waiting period?

It's normal that you have to buy the crowns directly from the developers site, so far so good.

But usually - even if you buy them on PC - if you make the purchase it should be available instant. Sometimes it's required to logout/login again, but after that it should be available.

Best you can do is as Ivan mentioned either submit a ticket directly from that helpcenter, or you go ingame and submit a ticket directly ingame, so it's up to you.

Usually there should not be any hiccup with this, but it might be (because ESO is still kind of new on Stadia) that there is an issue that the developers need to know about!

I would also recommend to check if the crowns you purchased have credited to your account (you need an ESO account to play ESO no matter on which platform). You can login here into your account and check.

Google/Stadia did reach out and confirm that it is good on their end and to contact ESO for store support.

I'll reach out to ESO in-game to resolve.
