Premier member with hardware and no invite code

I'm a premier member who received two controllers in the mail but have yet to receive an invite code. It's really frustrating having hardware for a system you can't play. Every day that goes by and there is no code in my inbox makes me regret having dropped $200+ on this fiasco.

Hey @stratowhammy, if your hardware arrived, but you haven't received your code yet, you can do the following:

  • Check your serial-number and your order-number (the order number you can find on store.google.com > orders or also in pay.google.com on the transaction).
  • Contact Stadia support and request a key with the details.

This worked at least for the founders, when the hardware arrived, but they didn't had a code, so it might work for you too. Wish you all the best!

I did try this and for some reason customer service couldn't give me a number either. They escalated my case and it has been radio silence for week.  I ultimately decided to RMA the hardware, what a disappointment.
