So I had a preorder for RE Village, which i put in the wrong credit card number. So i had to cancel it, and i placed a new preorder with the right card. I then found out that you could family share with REVillage, so I wanted to cancel that preorder as well, since someone in my family already bought it as well. So when i opened the play app and went to purchases, there was no new REVIllage preorder, it showed the old one that I cancelled already, but not the new one. So i just figured it didn't go through. Well it did go through,  but I had my card locked, so it couldnt process and I received and email saying to fix it. This was about a week ago, and i just saw another charge yesterday for 0 dollars on my card from google. Who do I contact to get this new order cancelled. Order is CDC.3850-9322-5730-71455

You can always refund a order if that is not working please contact Stadia Support chat:beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.
