Payment Declined

I try the STADIA  free trail but it keep saying me "Payment declined try different payment method or contact card issuer" 

I try with 2 different accounts and cards ( its my first time i try to subscribe for a free trail ) i never used stadia before

Both of the cards are valid

I would recommend as you both receive that specific error message about your transaction to try to follow this article for troubleshooting steps. In addition to that, if you have that credit card already available in your payment profile in your Google account (you can check that on pay.google.com), I would also recommend to delete it and add it again as this has helped some users in the past too (you just need to check if that payment method is already connect to another subscription, then you might first add another payment method, before you can delete the primary one).

If you have an Android device, you can also try via the Stadia app. With Android you can also use PayPal or Google Play Balance as payment methods (depending on the country though, here is a list of accepted payment methods per country).

If you don't have an Android device, you need to try another credit card in the browser. There are other options like Revolut for example, which people were recommending, but you need to do some research on your own, which credit card works best for you.

You can also contact the Stadia support as they might be able to escalate this further, it would be at least worth a try.

do you live in a Stadia-supported country? Which kind of cards was it, Mastercard, Visa Card? Some other cards have problems in some countries.
