Outriders refund

I have been patient with this game but it is unplayable in even on lowest quality setting. Also the Hell Ranger Content Pack add-on was mis-sold as it has never been made available to use. As a founder I have had nothing but great things to say about Stadia but this has caused such a change of heart and may lose my custom.

Stadia offer full reimbursement for any game as long as you have the following requirement:

  • The game should have been purchased less than 14 days ago
  • You must have less than 2 hours of gameplay

You have two options to ask the reimbursement

In the Stadia app

  • On your mobile device, sign into the Stadia app.
  • At the top right, tap your Stadia avatar.
  • Tap Purchases & subscriptions.
  • Under "Transaction history", tap the item for which you would like to request a refund.
  • Tap Request Refund.

On stadia.com

  • On your computer, sign into your account on stadia.com.
  • At the top right, click your Stadia avatar.
  • Click Stadia settings then Purchases & subscriptions.
  • Under "Transaction history", click the item for which you would like to request a refund.
  • Click Request Refund.
