Hey all,
Stadia refunds arrived in my account over the weekend - but this was only for software and add-ons I'd purchased. I'm still owed £180 (ish) for 2 controllers.
Does anyone know if the hardware refunds are being handled separately from the software?
Tried contacting Google Pay, who sent me links on how to contact Stadia, but all the phone lines are now dead and nobody is answering the online messaging service, so wouldn't even know who to contact regarding finding out more about this...

Yes it seems they are handled separately, I am in the same situation.
I'd say let's just be patient a bit longer and the refund should be processed soon. Google stated anyway, they want to finish the refunds by Jan 18, 2023, so there's still time for the hardware refunds to be processed.
P.S.: That's only for Hardware purchased via the Google Store btw.
