You say you refunded everything.
PayPal's records say they refunded everything.
I have only got 16 of the refunds in my bank.
Nobody is admitting responsibility and I am being passed back and forth. The only people I can't reach is you!
I am missing £418.41p in total (74.47 you have acknowledged failed to refund)
And that isn't even including the hardware.
What is going on please?

did you check already with your bank? If PayPal states they have put the refunds into your bank account, the bank should have received them, maybe worth to poke that way or telling them you want an official dispute to open about it?
In my case I got lucky with my PayPal refunds, but you have a lot more PayPal orders, so maybe something went wrong on the end from PayPal to the bank by the sound of it.
Just an idea here from me in your particular case.
At least you got something i got nothing and in the same exact boat. This is beyond acceptable. But all support can do here is talk to your bank as if that actually helpful advice
