I would recommend you to first try if you can get a refund via the normal procedure:

If this is not working, because of the refund policy, try to contact Stadia Support as Grace mentioned here in the forum:

Hey @Canabo, sorry to read that. In America though they just had Thanksgiving so that might be a reason why you haven't still received an email from the Stadia team.
Anyway you can always try to contact them via phone or chat to get a direct answer regarding the refund, because I guess if they are busy it can take time to answer all the emails they probably have. At least I would recommend you to do so if you don't want to wait longer. ![]()
Han pasado 9 dias desde que pedi el reembolso del Final Fantasy XV y aun no tengo el dinero en mi cuenta de banco, no se si sera problema de Google o problema de mi banco, el caso es que ninguno pone una solucion... Cada dia me arrepiento mas de haber comprado el pack de Stadia, por su mal funcionamiento, por su corto y caro catalogo de juegos y por el soporte de Google. No se si devolver el pack y olvidarme de Stadia o darles un voto de confianza esperando que mejoren los servicios y que Stadia funcione igual de bien que Geforce Now por ejemplo... Señores de Google que la gente se gasta 130€ para tener un buen servicio, si ustedes no cumplen con los objetivos no lanzen al mercado un producto que no funciona bien.
