No he recibido código promocional para canjear el paquete primiere edition

Hola. Hice la compra del juego FAR CRY 6 el día 9 de octubre utilizando el descuento de 10€ por un importe de 59'99€ y en teoría me tiene que llegar a mi correo electrónico el código promocional del paquete premiere edition que incluye el mando de stadia y el Chromecast ultra.

¿Es normal que tarde tanto? Mañana día 21 de octubre es la fecha límite para recibir ese código.

Es increíble, yo sigo aun sin noticias sobre mi caso.  Queja puesta hace tres semanas.

Ni código para mando, ni email dando alguna explicación.
