Website & Support says there's an undisclosed issue with my order (for several days now), however I did, in fact receive the bundle, though because the system says I didn't, I therefore cannot get a code (catch-22). I've been talking with several people from Support for several days, (keep getting passed around, and the same conclusion is reached without resolution). I went on Twitter/Facebook etc. to try to get a fix - to no avail - very frustrating!
