Never Recieved Free Stadia Controller and Chromecast

I'm a YouTube Premium member and subscribed to Stadia in order to get the free Chromecast and Stadia Controller. I filled out the proper online forms but never recieved them and noticed today that I am paying the monthly subscription to Stadia.  So any idea what I can do to get my Stadia Controller and Chromecast or refund me my 2 payments?

@Tanksalot I don't recall any promotions for free Chromecast and Stadia controller for Youtube Premium member.

There was a promotion to get a Stadia controller only for Youtube Premium member, but that promotion ended long time ago.

After you filled in the form, you should've got an email with the code, which you can use to claim the controller for free from Google Store. Can you check your email inbox and see if you got that email? Regardless most likely the deadline to claim the offer have already passed.

Edit: I was wrong (thanks @HatDroid for letting me know). Somehow I remembered the deal was for controller only, but it was indeed for the Premier edition which includes Pro controller and Chromecast Ultra. Regardless, the rest of my statement stands.

This isn't really the right place to ask for help regarding the status of your account in regard to promotions, we're just volunteers and users like you.  You should submit a request to support.
