Got an email showing everything that Google will be refunding. I went through the list, but I didn't see the $200+ Founders Edition I bought when Stadia first launched. I thought all hardware was going to be refunded too. Why was it omitted from the refund list? How do I notify Google about their mistake?
Hello @Xenophod
Take a quick look at this FAQ: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/12790109
In short, games and add-on content refunds started processing on November 9th, but may take some time. Hardware purchase refunds (which would include the founders edition that I also purchased) haven't started yet, but are still anticipated to be complete by January 18th.

Thanks!!
I just noticed the same thing, but I see @JohnZoidberg answered. So I will keep looking out for that to be refunded.
Games and add-ons purchased from the Stadia store (purchases that start with GCC-) will be refunded.
Add-ons purchased from within a game, like Destiny2's expansion packs (purchases start with CDC-) will NOT be refunded. (This includes the pre-orders for "Lightfall Digital Deluxe on Google Stadia")
Google Store order refunds will be issued at a later date.
Hi!
Purchases starting with CDC are not always Add-ons. I bought FIFA21 Ultimate Edition whose invoice starts with CDC.xxx...
And in this specific case, I did not receive a refund notification.
