It's been a month since I've been refunded and nothing been declined or accepted.

I've talked to both my previous bank and Google multiple times and the bank can't help me and googles support team refuse to acknowledge any problems. It's been over a month at this point and my funds have not been accepted or denied and no one has any answers with what the hell is happening. No emails, no nothing. Just a email from a month ago my money was refunded to a card that no longer exists. 

It's beyond unacceptable that I have to deal with so much of a headache too get any answers.

I'm in the exact same position: a majority of my reimbursements have been "succefully" issued to a closed bank account, with no possibility for me to recover the money from my old bank (they ask me to open a new account!) So I've requested them to reject all the reimbursements, in hope that Google could now use my current payment method instead.
