Hi, I don’t think I’m supposed to address this here but Bungie has real bad customer support and I don’t know where to go. I’m making in-game purchases On Destiny 2 with Silver points (real money). Now it’s simple, I’m not getting the items I’m purchasing
The game says what I bought is “currently owned” so the game knows I bought and the money is out of my bank account but I don’t have the items. Please someone help.
Are you spending the silver on one platform and expecting to see it on another? I'm pretty sure that silver purchases are permanently linked to the platform it was spent on. Apart from that, not sure, if it's in-game purchases with silver you're having issues with it really is a Bungie support thing you'll need to pursue.
