I want to refund a game I purchased today, FIFA 22. I barely played for 2 hours because the service didn't work as well as I thought. So now that I gave it a try and probably I am not going to use it any longer, I want to do this kind of request.

Hi @Deleted User refunding a Stadia game is a pretty straightforward process. Since you've been playing for less than 2 hours, you're definitely eligible as long as you didn't purchase the game more than 14 days ago. I got in contact with Cris from the Google Stadia Customer Care Team and he helped me with it. I just had to send a video showing the errors and game performance as proof. The expert team gave me the reason and since I just played 8 min passed the 2 hours they decided to give me a refund for the game. I already received the email notification for it and I will let you know when I get it. By the way, so far, thank you very much for your help and time again.

The problem is that the Request Refund button is not present. I know that I played less than 2 hours because the service was crashing all the time. I am going to share a screenshot with you.

I understand what you said but Stadia was crashing like all the time and it is just like 8 min plus. I don't think that is fair, I am loosing here $60 for 2h of gameplay.

Is there any other way I can get in contact with the Google Stadia Support team ? Because I don't have a Facebook or a Twitter account. I know that sounds wierd but I don't use social media, XD.

@Deleted User They usually have phone and email option. I just tried it and currently it does look like the options are through Facebook and Twitter. Are you based in US? If yes, I can help check once in a while and I can ping you when I see the phone or email option.
