I want a full refund - I never signed up for this

I just discovered that I have been paying 13,19 $ each mont since april 2021 for you service for which I never signed and which I NEVER EVEN USED.

I want a full refund of those 9 months,  which is 118,71$

This the refund policy, the best you can do is contact support.

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.

Hi @ALEXCLAUDE1,

I personally looked at the links @RXShorty send and there is an option for chat support (contact stadia support with text through a little popup window). Might need to try different options to get it to show up, might be hidden on step 3 partially.

Other then that you can wait for the support call back option to be available to be able to talk with a representative over the phone. Which they will be calling you instead.

I know I have no information about a phone number to contact support with.

Edit: I checked before posting this message even before doing the edit

I can't find anywhere to chat with anybody. I can't contact anyone it's the worst custumer service ever.
