I've bought some games past year. Cyberpunk, Assasins cree, etc, with a credit card and associate bank account I'm no longer using any more.
I'm worried about how to indicate the new bank account for the refund, and i wolud appreciate any official response about procedure.

I have received some emails from stadia informing me that you have proceeded with the refund of my games.
As expected, the refund was made against a bank account that no longer exists because it was closed in the first quarter of this year. Looking at the answers from Google support, I see that the response to a case like mine is to contact my old financial institution, in this case CAIXABANK.
I have already contacted them, and they have indicated that I contact stadia again, so that I can provide you with a new account number.
What should I do now?
