I ran after the support during 5days. I filled a form and gave personal informations to be reached on Stadia and Twitter.
I live in Europe and I've been charged in USD.
After 5 HOURS in a queue of +500 people, I reached the support on chatlive which told me to add a new profile payment.
Unfortunately, the promo code linked to my last purchase (Cyberpunk) is strictly limited to USA. I cant order from my country.
Today, the supplies are depleted in my country ... therefore I wont enjoy the special offer.
I subscribed to Stadia Pro and accepted to pay a video game at highest price. Why arent you able to tell the truth to your customers ? "soon" is not a deadline and we have no ticketing service.
I feel really disappointed.
