I have not received all my refunds
Ive updated the cc info as the refunds that was trying to be processed did not go through.
When I go to manage my google account / payments subscriptions/ activity the stadia refunds listed do not reflect the ones thats listed under my stadia account dashboard. The refunds all are listed has 0.00 ?

I would suggest to wait a bit and provide Google time to process the refunds. If you got an email from Google because the refund could not be processed to your original payment method and you have changed the payment method accordingly, then it still takes some time until the refund is processed to that alternate payment method that you provided. The best way to check your purchases and the statuses is pay.google.com.
