Hello,
I would like to ask for the refund of the game "Humankind" since this one, after exchanges with your services, those of Sega, and those of Amplitude, is not kept up to date compared to its PC/Mac version.
This is a very big disappointment for me.
In my opinion, one of the strengths of Cloud Gaming is to have an up-to-date game without worrying about patches and Updates (which is also one of the Stadia subscription arguments).
Can you please help with this refund request ?

I am sorry to hear you are not getting the updates as fast as you would like. Requesting a refund has its restrictions, not sure you will get a refund from Stadia.
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services.

Probably not what you wanted to hear, the best thing you can do is reach out to the developer. They are respondable for the updates.
Don’t bother contacting Stadia everything, and I do mean everthing, that goes wrong they blame on the devs and pass responsibility. My advice to you is to stop purchasing games on Stadia until the ‘team’ actually start treating Stadia properly. The platform has been a joke since launch.
