I bought the beyond light dlc for destiny 2, but I don't think the dlc is worth it based off my brother playing it. I didn't play any of the purchased content and bought it yesterday. How would I go about requesting a refund?
Hello
The best way to do this is to contact Stadia Support, only they can possibly exchange the game for you, this won't happen here in the forum

Hello mate
You can request a refund if you have the product less than two weeks or if played for less than 2 hours. Go to your account, press payment and subscriptions find destiny and then there should be a request refund button. If you are eligible it should say refund requested and you will get an email to confirm the refund takes a couple days to go back into account.
Hope this helps
If the request refund button does not show up would that mean its not eligible for a refund?
Is the policy only 14 days? Thats not what the Google Play policy says on the email receipt. I tried contacting Google Play support and they routed me to Google Stadia which does not have a contact method. They also said contact developer but the receipt does not list a developer, the playstore doesn't show the developer, and the stadia app doesn't have a developer contact or name. This whole thing is convoluted.
If I try and click "troubleshoot" in the purchases section of the Stadia app, that lists Stadia as "Chat closed" and "Calling closed." I have a game that is 16 days past the purchase date, It has major issues with the advertised features and multiplayer match-making, so I'm requesting a refund for whoever will receive a request.
