How to initiate a return?

@GraceFromGoogle Between this embarassment of a launch with features not working, the "half-assed 4K" issue, waiting for codes since forever while having the controller gathering dust (because no Bluetooth, so it's a pain in the ass to use it with a different gaming system), I think I've had enough. As a UK customer I am entitled to a return for a full refund within a set timeframe - which I think I will do. Please advise how to initiate.

I too would like to get my money back and I fully emphasize with you. What a joke. I'm sick of the controller connection issues.
