How to get my refund back

I want to get my refund back but the button is not there I saw there their refund policy and it says if you play more then 2 hours I won’t eligibility to get fund which I didn’t how I can I get it back

Hi @Maxi1 you can ask refund for any game as long as you haven't played more than 2 hours and the purchase is not made more than 14 days ago! in order to have the refund you have to follow the following steps

Option 1: Request a refund (on mobile or web)

In the Stadia app

  1. On your mobile device, sign into the Stadia app. 
  2. At the top right, tap your Stadia avatar.
  3. Tap Purchases & subscriptions.
  4. Under "Transaction history", tap the item for which you would like to request a refund.
  5. Tap Request Refund.

On stadia.com

  1. On your computer, sign into your account on stadia.com.
  2. At the top right, click your Stadia avatar.
  3. Click Stadia settings 
  4. Click on Purchases & subscriptions.
  5. Under "Transaction history", click the item for which you would like to request a refund.
  6. Click Request Refund.

If the button is missing you are not eligible for a refund, either 14 days or 2 hours are passed, if you still think that you are eligible for a refund and the button is missing for some other reason you can contact the support here support.google.com/stadia

where did you find you the policy at stadia but then you said that i wont be eligibility to get a fund which was you didnt know how can get it back
