I received my Stadia as a gift by my parents but they do not have a google account associated with the purchase. They received an email saying unable to complete refund of $190.97 and to click to update payment info. Once they click it they have to sign into a google account. Is there anyway to help them?

probably best if your parents or you are getting in touch with the Stadia support in this matter to see if they are aware of the issue and if there is any alternative to receive a refund for this guest-purchase.
