What is going on I haven't cancelled my Pro yet all of the pro games I have acquired no longer available to play stadia what's going I need to know where are my games gone. I've been here since day 1 founder?
@Highvelocity If you acquired the Pro games in the past, you will always have access to the games as long as you're still subscribed. Forgive the silly question, but can you please double check and see if your subscription is still active? From the app, click/tap on the profile avatar on top right corner, then go to 'Purchases & subscription' Do you see the Stadia Pro subscription there?
Speak to support is your only avenue here.

Don't panic! surely something is missing! first of all, check your subscription in Stadia Settings https://stadia.google.com/settings you should find there "purchase and subscriptions"
There you can see the current status of your PRO subscription and your current expiring, maybe something went wrong there?
also If you tap on "manage" you will be redirected to the play store page https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions there you can check if your Stadia subscription is present as well! let me know if you see something wrong in both or we can find the reason somewhere else!
quick question, you are using the correct google account to login in Stadia right?
yes I am using the writing address and I was charged for November I usually get charged in the 19th of every month all of a sudden everything's going
In the subscription page you can see the subscription active?

No I don't know what to do it says it must be a sign up first day of pro but I didn't cancel anything Can you help me with this
First of all try in an incognito window, try again to login and check if this solve the issue, maybe is some cookie or plugin in the browser that is messing up the account.
If Incognito doesn't work please be sure that the payment on 19th November went through, maybe some issue there caused the account to "expire" but don't worry, you haven't lost anything since all your redeemed game are still available as soon as you renew your account!
If your payment went through and your status is still not PRO on incognito window, you need to contact the support here https://support.google.com/stadia/?hl=#topic=9634925 (scroll to the bottom you should have "contact us")

my account has been unsubscribed and I can't access any of my games and my account renews automatically on the 19th every month so technically I shouldn't be unsubscribed even if my account should be good until December 19th

Hi I was recently double charged with the Google stadium pro founder edition on my high velocity account I was credited back the money for the 3 months that were being charged to another controller on the same account I thought but it was two separate accounts now I have been charged for November 19th and my service should be good through November 19th but it's saying that I have to resubscribe to a service that I have not unsubscribed from
You're charged per account, not per controller. Do you mean you have a family share set up or something? This sounds like you've paid a Pro sub on the family account in that case while your main account's has lapsed? Can you check the other account?

Following this thread just incase it happens to me in the future. Has this been resolved?
All my pro games were gone and my founder and I was told to resubscribe but my payment is usually due on the 19th and I haven't To subscribe but bill not due until the 19th. Were are all of the founders games gone ?
