I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 on Stadia on 09/09/2022 for $49.99, not it's not in my library or purchases but it's recorded on my bank. I've tried contacting support but haven't been able to get through. Tried restarting the app but nothing, got no clue what to do.
@Janobli Can you double check if you're logged in to Stadia with the Google account that you used to make the purchase? I know it sounds very obvious but just want to make sure.
If you already started working with support, I suggest continue working with them. Try to get the call or chat options so you can talk to someone directly.

Thanks Ivan somehow my account was logged into a secondary account, seems obvious but I usually don't make purchases through the account I currently use Stadia on. Must have switched accounts somehow through my browser without noticing. I appreciate the help and speedy response!
