Founders and Premiere Edition buyers injured

Hi.

I bought a Premiere Edition and I activated the 3 months free subscription yesterday 8th April 2020. I didn't know the 2 months promotion and now I can't enjoy it... If I have known it I could wait and use the free 2 months subscription promotion now and activate my bought 3 months subscription in June...

Many users will be in my situation, which we have paid for a product and we are clearly injured. Google should reconsider the terms of the promotion and extend the subscription for two months for free to these users...

Just asked to the support team and they have confirmed me that you cannot use the code because you already have the 2 months free. The solution that they have offer me is delete the current account and create a new one with the premier code, so you can enjoy 1 free month. Personally I don't like the solution at all because we lost 3+2.

Unfortunately these kinds of promotions always leave a few folks out in the cold.

I think it's totally unfair. If we are only a few folks I don't know why it's a problem to extend the promotion to this few, considering that we have paid for premiere edition, including 3 free months (with 4k included), as other members that bought it earlier, with the same knowing about the promotion as the first buyer. This encourages me to not buy anything Stadia related as later on it will become more convenient. I don't understand why the Stadia team does this kind of movements when they are starting as a service with such a bad news and forecasts on them, specially as it concerns buyers (on a fairly early stage) and not free users.

@emondelog I'm in exactly the same situation.  I activated my Premiere Edition on March 23rd, and so I'm technically not a PAID member until June 23rd.  But unlike a normal trial user, you and I have actually already given money to Google.

I read through the whole Stadia FAQ, and it does seem we are out in the cold.  I don't see why there are any loopholes here.  Google can simply move the next-billed date for EVERY Stadia account forward two months.  Either you are giving away 2 months free, or you are not.  Why would there be any exceptions?  Especially for Founders & Premiere Edition accounts?
