This is ridiculous. I just want to speak to a member of customer support, I have been trying for 1 month (I know it's been a month because I've been trying to cancel the subscription since the free trial started).
I redeemed the stadia offer that came with YouTube premium. Basically free stadia and a months subscription. Delivery driver failed to deliver and returned it. Initially I tried to get it re-delivered but I could only speak to bots on the Google support page. Maybe they weren't bots, if there were actually people that somehow makes it worse. I have the chat log to show how inane the chat was.
So I send a support ticket to Google to get them to try and cancel the subscription, I have had no reply in 3 weeks. I look through the FAQ's and find that I should be able to cancel the subscription through Google.......nothing listed under my subscriptions.
I've kept trying to submit tickets and still haven't got a response. Imagine my delight today when I have been charged for the renewal month on stadia. Although very handily it has come with the link to the stadia app where I can cancel the subscription .......EVERY. OTHER. PLACE. EXPLAINS.IT.SHOULD.BE.DONE.THROUGH.GOOGLE.PLAY!
I'm now having to write this to the "community". It's absurd that I can't just speak to someone from customer service. This should have been resolved the same day I raised it. Is there an ombudsman that deals with online app transactions?
No Stadia and a new months subscription to Stadia. Heavy thumbs up.

if it's not possible for you though to cancel Stadia Pro on the normal way (you can try two things: First try this article or second try to cancel via play.google.com > My subscriptions).
If this doesn't work, then yes indeed you have to contact the Stadia support to receive help with the cancellation. As I assume they are very busy at the moment with the promotion and the release of cyberpunk, it might be best if you try to reach them in the chat (if possible).
