Tring to set up an account for the family. Seem to have it managed on my side, but when I installed the app on my daughter's tablet and tried to access a Free Pro game, it asked her to start a trial account.
I already have one set up. I know it is seeing my account because it acknowledged my Google One subscription.
What am I missing? How can I get her going under my subscription?
Thanks.
I could imagine this is happening because both of you maybe made a mistake when setting up the family sharing in Stadia?
I could only recommend to follow the steps mentioned in this article (especially the parts about supervised accounts) and otherwise get in contact with the Stadia support to make sure no step has been avoided.
I did not find a way around this myself. I ended up adding a couple of euros to my son's account in order to activate the trial-month (and then proceeded to spend said money combined with the €10,- coupon you currently get). Just don't forget to cancel the subscription right away and set her account to share the game you just bought.
