Hello! I had sent out and email to stadia but have not heard back from them yet. I am trying to get a refund for cyberpunk. The game has many bugs and issues as most people know, but also streaming through stadia has not worked consistently. I have checked my connections/wifi and it has been consistently 170 mbps or higher with no hiccups. I even am in the same room as the router. So on top of the issues with the game itself, stadia crashes every 3 minutes due the “unstable connection.” Does anyone know how I would go about a refund? Thank you in advance!

Stadia has some issues itself. And its why im very angry that im locked into their crap service just because i bought CP-2077 on their platform. The console makers are bending over backwards to satisfy their customers refund requests.
Not with Stadia. They havent changed their 2hour/2week unbreakable RULE. i only have 5 hours, but most of that time was spent troubleshooting STADIA'S ISSUES!
I havent even completed the first mission after you get trained to use cyberhacks and fighting for the first time!
