As you can see, I have not used the Stadia subscription this month and it has been automatically renewed after being unable to cancel it because I was on my mobile device.
Could we proceed to refund the amount charged for this last installment as other platforms do when you do not use the subscription?

Hello, @asaezjimenez here in the community forum we don't have the ability to see what happen on your account if you want help with billing issues you need to contact the google support https://support.google.com/stadia/?hl=en#topic=9634925 if you go on the bottom you see the "contact us" option!
@asaezjimenez you should be able to cancel subscription from your mobile devices.
Open the Stadia app, tap on your profile pic on top right corner, then you should see the option for 'Purchases & Subscriptions' . Once you tap that, you will see the option 'Cancel Subscriptions'
Stadia Pro subscription isn't refundable, but you should cancel it ASAP if you don't want to be charged for future months (or at least before the next billing date)
