I have played and finished Borderlands 3 back in April (just one playthrough). Few days ago I was looking the Stadia Store to see what DLCs and content packs there were. I found this content pack called "Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition" (Borderlands 3: Edición Definitiva in Spanish) that included everything (not the base game in this case, but there was another product listed that included it). Like an upgrade from the base game to the complete edition. I bought it for 29,99 € (just before this current sale...).
I didn't have the chance to play until a couple days later, when I found that I can't access the DLCs. Not from inside the game (Sanctuary) nor from the main menu (it shows "complement not installed").
I have seen some new content. I'm not sure if it's from new patches but it seems to belong to Season Pass 2, which is indeed included in the description of the pack I bought, along the other Season Pass, its DLCs, extra content, etc... All of which remain as not bought when listed individually (the store shows them with price tags) and can't be used.
I contacted support and they told me there is nothing they can't do. They can't manually activate those other DLCs, list them as bought by me or even do a refund, since content packs can't be refunded. I insisted with the fact that I haven't had access to that content/software/product, couldn't use it or claim it. I have not received the product. They told me to speak directly with Gearbox and sent me a link to their support. I'm still waiting an answer from them but I still don't understand how the seller of the product, the one who sold me the product, can't tell me anything about this or, in case of doubt, refund me.
Since then, I have gone several times through the product description to be sure I wasn't wrong and all I can be sure is the product included all the content I'm missing. Now, the problem is I don't have this content and I can't buy it again on a desperate intent of playing it, because it shows as bought. (I would have to buy each DLC one by one).
This seems to be something specific enough so I'm sure it has happened to anyone else. Have something like this happened to you?
