Codes not sent in order of purchases received.

Ordered during the presentation, per time stamp in upper right corner of image. Live in EST time zone. Still no code after an hour. There is no way you are sending out codes in the order you received the purchases and Google fully controls the mail distribution of the codes.

Ordered June 6th, shipped November 18th, no code here. I'm in Canada.

I received my Stadia package just now but there is no way to use it yet as I do not have my invite code.

 

I contacted support and they informed me it will be 24-48 hours before all codes go out, hopefully it arrives soon.

Ordered on June 6th (2:16 pm) my card has been charged but still hasn't been shipped and no code. This is definitely not first come first serve. Why can't everyone that has had their credit card charged receive the code regardless of shipping? That would be a much more logical way of doing this whole thing. I have been a stalwart supporter of Stadia and as developer myself understand the issues with rolling out a product like this but there is no excuse for this. I was super excited about Stadia and am a pretty big Google fanboy in general. You could have at least been fair about the order people get to pick their Stadia names regardless of everything else. It seems like a few of your engineers should have been able to sort that one out.

Ordered June 6th and still no code. Contacted Google Store support and was told within 3-5 business days after order shipped. I asked for compensation and was told this would not be happening. I asked to escalate and was told it would be escalated and I would receive an email response within 48 hours. Not happy about it, but at least I was able to charge my controller?
