Hey, I have changed bank since I bought Stadia and all my games. I have a new card number connected to me now. How to I inform Stadia about this so they can refund me correctly? I have not gotten any answers from them by email yet...

Google will attempt to refund you on the original payment method that you used when purchasing the game/hardware. So if you switched your bank now, you can still check after 3-10 days if the old bank has received your payment somehow otherwise you can also just wait and see if the refund fails in which case you would get an email with instructions for an alternate payment method.
