Hello, i used stadia for a month and purchased games before but now when i want to pay and play the game it looks like everthing is working with the paymend but then nothing changes, it shows the price of the game and i can repeat the purchase process over and over.

on which device do you have this problem? Are you trying to purchase in the browser on stadia.google.com or in the Stadia app?
Can you try the other way as well, just to make sure it's not a general problem for you? So for example if you have the problem in the Stadia app on a mobile device, try to login to a laptop/PC and try to purchase the game on stadia.google.com.
Depending on your answer I am more than happy to help you with further TS steps after you confirmed where the issue is actually happening and if it happens everywhere or only on that specific device.

i tried to buy division 2 and it worked now, but for outcasters no change
Especially because you encounter the same problem on different devices lets me think it might be a general problem for you (no idea about the reason), so it was great, that you got already in touch with the Stadia support.
I think it's a good idea, because you have already a ticket open with them, to update them with your recent actions (that it worked for you now for Division 2, but not for outcasters), maybe this information will help their specialists to narrow down the problem.
