I cant get logged in to Stadia. The App quits responding at the point where it's going to payment info.

Maybe it helps to walk these steps through to fix the app and try again after every step?
You could also try to change the internet connection, for example from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa) to make sure that the app is not stopping to respond because of the connection.
