I have tried purchasing Red Dead Redemption 2 through both the IOS app and the website multiple times with two different payment methods and it is rejected each time. Instead of the purchase going through, I receive an error message that states "Your transaction cannot be completed. Learn more. [OR-HDT-01]." I have confimed my address is correct and tried purchasing through the app and the website. There are no other suggestions. Can someone please help, this is the only reason I purchased this service and bought a controller? thanks

Do you have any protection on your online payment? Did you reach the bank institutes to see if there is any issue on their side.
If everything is fine, contact Stadia support.
Same here! Can't find a solution either, bank card and everything is okay! Was able to buy other games as well, so that shouldnt be the problem I guess...
Thanks AndroiFy, both cards are working. I have sent Stadia an email, but there doesn’t seem to be a quicker way to get a response given the pandemic. It’s frustrating, but I will just wait for a response. Thanks again.
Just to add that I'm also experiencing this problem.
I bought stadia to play a couple of games, which I now currently can't play. I have little interest in the free ones, so it's largely useless until this issue is resolved.

This is crazy, Stadia had a bad start, but I was not thinking that they dont want our money. I had a chat session with google pay support, the told me its the bank. So I called the bank, they told me instead of the 53,99€ they got multiple requests of 0€ and all requests are approved by the bank. So @stadiaQA . You have a job to do, check the request endpoint to the banks ![]()
I have the same issue. Contacted with Google Pay support, told me that will take a look at it, so I'm waiting for their respond. But, preliminary, it's a Google Pay Account issue, something with it's antifraud algorithms.
For me Google Pay support fixed the problem in 24 hours. So, I can conclude that it was 100% Google Pay Account issue and to fix it it’s essential to contact Google Pay Support.
